The service
DataBot provides business tools for device-processing records, workorders, ledger entries, customer access, certificates, reports, media, sharing, and exports. DataBot is a service of DataBot Solutions, LLC ("DataBot," "we," "us," or "our").
Authorized business use
You may use the service only if you are authorized by the organization associated with your account and can agree to these Terms on your own behalf. You must use the service only for lawful business purposes and within the account, customer, and workorder scope granted to you.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting passwords, API credentials, and sharing links, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share a personal account, bypass access controls, or use another person's credentials. Account administrators are responsible for assigning and removing their users' access.
Customer data and permissions
Your organization retains its rights in records and media it submits to the service. You grant us the limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that material as needed to provide and secure DataBot. You represent that you are authorized to submit the material and direct its processing, including any device identifiers, customer information, images, videos, or other records it contains.
Sharing and downloads
A sharing link can allow anyone holding the link to view or download the authorized workorder material until the link expires or is revoked. You are responsible for selecting the intended material and recipients, protecting downloaded files, and revoking a link when it should no longer be used. Do not place a sharing link in a public location unless public access is intended.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access; probing or bypassing security or scope controls; introducing malicious code; interfering with availability; submitting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; scraping or bulk extracting information outside normal service functions; or using the service to violate another person's rights.
Reports and certificates
Reports and certificates reflect the records available to DataBot when they are generated. Your organization is responsible for reviewing source data, recipient selections, and any customer-specific legal or compliance requirements. DataBot records do not replace an organization's independent compliance, retention, or professional obligations.
Service operation
We may maintain, update, limit, or suspend the service when reasonably needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or support. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may disable access that presents a security risk, violates these Terms, or is no longer authorized by the applicable organization.
Ownership
DataBot and its software, interface, documentation, branding, and other service materials are owned by DataBot Solutions, LLC or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
Third-party services
The service relies on third-party infrastructure and may contain links to third-party services. Their services may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These disclaimers do not limit obligations expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DataBot Solutions, LLC will not be liable under these Terms for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Any liability governed by a separate written agreement remains subject to that agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post revised Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, subject to any separate written agreement.
